1. How long does it normally take to ship an order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
2. How long will it take to ship my custom Whiskey Tower?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date art work is received via email at contact@whiskeytowers.com by a Whiskey Towers team member for all custom orders to be made and shipped. Art work must be black and white only in a PNG or JPEG format.
3. What size bottles can fit on the Whiskey Tower?
Our Whiskey Towers are designed to work with any liquor bottle in any size. You can easily fit a 1.75L bottle of your favorite liquor on each tower.
4. Can I use any type of liquor with my Whiskey Tower?
You can use the spirit of your choice when loading a bottle to your whiskey tower. Just because its called a whiskey tower doesn't mean its just for whiskey!
