1. How Do I Adjusting the Tension On My Tap Handle?
Step 1: Make sure the tension on the handle is not loose
Step 2: Unscrew top screw
Step 3: Tighten the valve as tight as you can
Step 4: Lower valve back to the bottom

2. How Do I Install My Bar Tap Handles Properly
Step 1: Open valve
Step 2: Screw Handle all the way down to the bottom
Step 3: Back handle up to the proper position

3. How Do I Load my Single & Double Whiskey Tower?
Step 1: Take lid and strainer off bottle
Step 2: Cut plastic seal that holds the lid on
Step 3: Turn tower sideways
Step 4: Place bottle in one hand
Step 5: Tilt tower 45 degrees
Step 6: Insert the bottle into the tower
Step 7: Release air bubble

4. How Do I Fit My Gaskets Properly With Different Bottle Sizes?
There are two different size gaskets that are included in with your Whiskey Tower. Determine the correct size, with the lid on, and then move forward with loading your bottle. Please watch the video to help answer any questions on customizing your gasket to fit specialty bottles.

5. How To Install Your Leather Sleeve?
Step 1: Run a lace through the two bottom holes
Step 2: Zig-zag right to left up the tower
Step 3: Once you get to the top you will tie a knot
Step 4: Run the lace through the laces hiding them
Step 5: Cut any excess lacing with a pair of scissors

SHIPPING POLICY
1. How long will it take to ship my custom Whiskey Tower?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date art work is received via email at contact@whiskeytowers.com by a Whiskey Towers team member for all custom orders to be made and shipped. Art work must be black and white only in a PNG or JPEG format.
2. How long does it normally take to ship an order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-14 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3. Can I change my delivery address?
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.RETURN
4. Can I use a PO box for my delivery address?
WhiskeyTowers.com will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
5. Can we ship to military addresses?
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
6. When will I recieve a tracking number?
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
7. Can I cancel my Order?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

Return Policy
1. Is it possible to return an item that I purchase from Whiskey Towers?
WhiskeyTowers.com will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging and in unused and resellable condition. Proof-of-purchase required.
2. How long after I purchase can I return an item?
Return requests received after 30 days of receipt of item are not eligible for refund or exchange.
3. Who pays for the shipping on the returned item?
Returned item(s) shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Whiskeytowers.com will refund the value of the goods returned (if applicable) but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.RETURN

5. When can I expect my refund if I returned an item?
Once returns are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) through email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please contact us at returns@whiskeytowers.com to request an exchange.
7. What if the item was a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
