WhiskeyTowers.com will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30* days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging and in unused and resellable condition. Proof-of-purchase required.
*Return requests received after 30 days of receipt of item are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Whiskeytowers.com will refund the value of the goods returned (if applicable) but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
If you are returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
Once returns are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) through email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please contact us at email@example.com request an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
