How long will it take to ship my custom tower?
Allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date art work is received via email at contact@whiskeytowers.com by a Whiskey Towers team member for all custom orders to be made and shipped. Art work must be black and white only in a PNG or JPEG format.
How long after I purchase can I return the item?
Return requests received after 30 days of receipt of item are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item?
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please contact us at returns@whiskeytowers.com request an exchange.
